The Growth Plan offers a very small fixed fee per property, and includes a very low commission of 1% of the booking value, % which you'll find to be the lowest one offered in the industry.
The Growth plan bases its' commission on the reservation value, after excluding any extra fees/services added to the booking - cleaning fees for example. Thus, the charge will be calculated upon the reservation price alone.The invoicing of this subscription type works as follows: The part of the fixed fee will be charged according to the subscription date, moment of the contracting and 30 days later, that is to say, in the next invoice you will be charged the fee of the following month and the commission of the reservations of the previous month. It looks like a mess but it is not ;-)
